Penji is a service built to improve the experience of seeking and receiving academic help offered by a college. We take our responsibility seriously as a provider for students and understand the importance of privacy and data protection in delivering our service.
We do our best to minimize the amount of information necessary to collect in providing value to our Users. In cases where student data, such as student emails, ID’s, names, and profile information such as biography, major, and picture are collected, we have established policies around data deletion and limit the areas in which this data is used. We do not, and will not, sell student data to any outside party, instead only using such data for the express purposes of improving the experience a student has in seeking out and interacting with resources around student support.
